Experience

Mr. Noto co-founded Open Technologies and has been working as an executive vice president ever since, and has over 39 years of experience in software development, integration, sales and marketing.
Prior to co-founding Open Technologies, he served as a general manager of systems development at AT&T Software Japan, Ltd. This company was established as a joint venture between AT&T, Industrial bank of Japan, and SRA.
At SRA, he managed the system software development and application software development divisions, and worked as a senior manager for the marketing, new business development divisions, and managed the general systems integration.
Also he managed various partnership with US company such as DEC, Sun, Apple, IBM, MIPS and AT&T.
He is a member of Software Engineers Association, Japan UNIX Society and Opensou rce Software Association of Japan .
He holds a A.B.A. from Tokyo Metropolitan College of Commerce.
